Sweden, officially the Kingdom of Sweden is a Nordic country on the Scandinavian Peninsula in Northern Europe. Sweden borders with Norway and Finland and is connected to Denmark by a bridge-tunnel across the Öresund. The official language of Sweden is Swedish a North Germanic language, related and very similar to Danish and Norwegian, but differing in pronunciation and orthography. Sweden, the land of forests and lakes, also boasts bustling cities where cutting edge design mixes with rich cultural heritage. The capital city Stockholm is considered one of the most beautiful cities in the world, due largely to the archipelago system it is built around.
