Indian passport holders can take advantage of the visa on arrival facility offered by many countries from around the world.
An Indian passport holder can visit any of the below nations and obtain the visa while entering.
While most of these countries offer visa on arrival facility to Indian passport holders, certain counties may require a permit, E-VISA, invitation letter, etc. for entry.
Some of these countries have consulates in India and VISA can still be secured before starting the trip, so as to avoid any unforeseen issue upon arrival or avoid long queue of getting VISA on Arrival
Antarctica - Though there is no visa available to Antarctica, Indian visitors must obtain a permit to enter this country.
Bahrain - Bahrain offers the e-visa facility to Indians. Indians can use their valid passport, airline tickets, and sufficient funds to visit Bahrain.
Bhutan - Nationalities of India can visit Bhutan without the need for a visa. As long as you have the valid passport or any other travel documents, you will be able to visit Bhutan.
Bolivia - Bolivia offers visa on arrival facility to Indian passport holders for a maximum stay up to 90 days.
Cambodia - If you have a valid Indian passport along with the confirmed airline tickets, you can obtain a visa on arrival in Cambodia. The visa will allow you a maximum stay up to 30 days.
Cape Verde - Cape Verde is also on the list of countries that offer the visa on arrival facility to Indian passport holders.
Comoros - Comoros offers visa on arrival for a maximum stay up to 30 days. The visitor must have confirmed return tickets and sufficient funds to support his/her travel.
Cote d’Ivoire - Indian nationals can take advantage of the e-visa facility instead of the visa on arrival facility offered by Cote d’Ivoire.
Djibouti - If a visitor holds a valid invitation letter, he/she can be eligible for the visa on arrival facility offered by Djibouti.
Dominica - Dominica is one of the visa on arrival countries for Indian passport holders. The visa allows 180 days as the maximum stay duration in Dominica.
Ecuador - Similar to Dominica, Ecuador offers free visa on arrival facility to Indian passport holder. The visa allows a maximum stay up to 90 days.
El Salvador - Indian passport holders do not require a visa to enter El Salvador. However, a visitor can stay up to a maximum of 90 days from the date of entry.
Ethiopia - Indian visitors can either obtain the e-visa or opt for the visa on arrival facility offered by Ethiopia which allows stay up to a maximum of 30 days.
Fiji - Fiji offers a stay duration up to a maximum of four months and no visa is required to enter the country.
Macedonia (FYROM) - Only the diplomatic passport holders do not require a visa for entry. Visitors are allowed to stay up to a maximum of 90 days.
Gabon - Gabon offers the e-visa facility and visa on arrival facility to Indian passport holders. The e-visa holders are required to arrive via Libreville International Airport.
Georgia - Indian visitors can obtain the e-visa to enter Georgia which allows a maximum of 30 days stay period.
Grenada - In order to visit Grenada, Indian passport holders do not require a visa. Indian nationals can stay up to a maximum of 3 months in Grenada.
Guinea-Bissau - Guinea-Bissau offers visa on arrival as well as e-visa facility to Indian passport holders. Visitors can stay up to a maximum of 90 days under the e-visa and visa on arrival options.
Guyana - As an Indian visitor, if you have a letter of invitation from either a sponsor or a host, you can take advantage of the visa on arrival facility.
Haiti - Indian nationals do not need a visa to visit Haiti, however, a visitor can stay up to a maximum of 90 days in Haiti.
Indonesia - If you are visiting Indonesia for a maximum of 30 days for tourism purpose, you won’t require a visa.
Jamaica - Indian nationals do not need a visa to visit Jamaica, however, a visitor can stay up to a maximum of six months in Jamaica.
Jordan - Indian visitors are entitled to the visa on arrival facility offered by Jordan. The visa fee is waived if the visitor buys the Jordan pass online.
Kenya - Kenya offers E-Visa facility to Indian passport holders. Visitors can stay up to a maximum of 30 days under the E-Visa and visa on arrival options.
Laos - Laos offers visa on arrival facility to Indian passport holders for a maximum stay up to 30 days.
Madagascar - Madagascar offers free of cost visa on arrival facility to Indian passport holders for a maximum stay up to 30 days.
Maldives - Indian passport holders do not require a visa to visit Maldives. A visitor is allowed to stay in Maldives for a maximum of 90 days.
Mauritania - Mauritania offers visa on arrival facility to Indian passport holders for a maximum stay up to 30 days.
Mauritius - Indian passport holders do not require a visa to visit Mauritius. A visitor is allowed to stay in Mauritius for a maximum of 90 days.
Micronesia - Indian passport holders do not require a visa to visit Micronesia. A visitor is allowed to stay in Micronesia for a maximum of 30 days.
Moldova - As an Indian passport holder, if you already have a visa issued by a Schengen Area member state, UK or Ireland, you can obtain the visa for Moldova online.
Montserrat - Indian passport holders do not require a visa to visit Montserrat. A visitor is allowed to stay in Montserrat for a maximum of six months.
Myanmar - Myanmar offers the e-visa facility to Indian passport holders. The visa holder must arrive via Yangon, Nay Pyi Taw or Mandalay airports which allows him/her to stay up to a maximum of 28 days.
Nepal - Nepal is one of the most popular visa-free countries for Indians. Indians can stay and work in Nepal as per the 1950 Indo-Nepal Treaty of Peace and Friendship.
Palau - Palau offers visa on arrival facility to Indian passport holders for a maximum stay up to 30 days.
Rwanda - Rwanda offers the e-visa facility to Indian passport holders which allows a maximum stay of 30 days.
Saint Kitts and Nevis - Indian passport holders do not require a visa to visit Saint Kitts and Nevis. A visitor is allowed to stay in Saint Kitts and Nevis for a maximum of three months.
Saint Lucia - Saint Lucia offers visa on arrival facility to Indian passport holders for a maximum stay up to six weeks.
Saint Vincent and the Grenadines - Indian passport holders do not require a visa to visit Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. A visitor is allowed to stay in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines for a maximum of 30 days.
Samoa - Indian nationals must obtain an entry permit to enter Samoa. The permit will allow a stay up to a maximum of 60 days.
São Tomé and Príncipe - São Tomé and Príncipe offer the e-visa facility to Indian passport holders. If the visitor already has the US or a Schengen member state visa, he/she can stay up to a maximum of 15 days without a national visa.
Senegal - Indian passport holders do not require a visa to visit Senegal. A visitor is allowed to stay in Senegal for a maximum of 90 days.
Seychelles - Indian nationals must obtain the visitor’s permit on arrival which will allow a stay up to a maximum of 90 days in Seychelles.
Somalia - Somalia offers visa on arrival facility to Indian passport holders for a maximum stay up to 30 days.
Sri Lanka - Sri Lanka offers E-Visa facility to Indian passport holders. Visitors can stay up to a maximum of 30 days under the E-Visa facility
Svalbard - Indian passport holders do not require a visa to visit Svalbard, however, a visitor must go through Norway, hence double entry Schengen visa is applicable for visiting Svalbard.
Tanzania - Tanzania is also among visa on arrival countries where Indian passport holders for a maximum stay up to 30 days.
Thailand – Thailand offers E-Visa facility to Indian passport holders. Visitors can stay up to a maximum of 30 days under the E-Visa facility
Timor-Leste - Timor-Leste offers visa on arrival facility to Indian passport holders for a maximum stay up to 30 days.
Togo - Togo offers visa on arrival facility to Indian passport holders for a maximum stay up to 7 days.
Trinidad and Tobago - Indian passport holders do not require a visa to visit Trinidad and Tobago. Visitors are allowed to stay up to a maximum of 90 days.
Turks and Caicos Islands - Indian passport holders do not require a visa to enter Turks and Caicos Islands.
Tuvalu - Tuvalu offers visa on arrival facility to Indian passport holders for a maximum stay up to 60 days.
Uganda - Uganda offers both visa on arrival as well as e-visa facility to Indian passport holders. Visitors can stay up to a maximum of 30 days under the e-visa and visa on arrival options.
Vanuatu - Indian passport holders do not require a visa to enter Vanuatu. Visitors are allowed to stay up to a maximum of 30 days.
Zambia - Zambia offers the e-visa facility to Indian passport holders for a maximum stay up to 30 days.
Zimbabwe - Zimbabwe offers the e-visa facility to Indian passport holders for a maximum stay up to 30 days.
