Invitation from South African Company (if invitee taking care of passenger stay and other expenses then invitee to give the undertaking in writing mentioning that they will take care of passenger’s stay with address of the place and other expenses) … Invitation has to be with company seal and sign … Name, designation, sign, etc. required on invitation

Invitation Letter Authorized Signing Person I.D Copy attested by Commissioner of Oaths (South Africa passport OR South Africa I D Copy) with South African Local Notary

Covering letter on company letter head in detail with duration of visit, addressed to Consulate General of South Africa, Mumbai (with Company seal & designation of signature person)
