3 Photos, latest (3.5 cm x 4.5 cm, 80% face with white background)

Return Confirmed Ticket

Hotel confirmation covering all day of stay

Overseas Medical Insurance (covering dates of travel / Minimum 15 days policy)

Credit Card front side copy + last 3 months Credit Card Statement 

Personal Bank Statements last 3 months with branch address and tel. no & stamp + sign

Income tax returns last 3 yrs

Business VISA / Additional documents

Invitation Letter on Company letterhead (With traveller names, passport number, travel date, purpose of travel, designation on signatory and co. stamp) Invitation should be addressed to "Consulate General of Italy, Mumbai" (traveller names, passport number & travel date - same as cover letter)

Guarantee clause is must in the invitation (The Italian business contact must include a declaration to the effect that - he is aware of the nature of penal responsibility he assumes in case the foreigner he has invited, sponsored or guaranteed, violates Italian immigration laws.)

Inviting Person Identity proof of the person in Italy who is signing the invitation letter

Copy of Registration with local Chambers of Commerce Italy   

Company bank statements of last 3 Months with branch address and tel. no & stamp + sign

Company & Personal IT papers (last 3 years
