Visa Application form should be completed and signed along with three recent photographs in colour, passport size, and white background

Cover letter - Request letter for the Consular Section stating duration and the purpose by the employer in favour of the applicant.   

Passport valid for at least six months and to justify their stay in the country regulates the entry of the process.

The applicant and company must demonstrate financial solvency through bank statements for last six month, bank guarantees or credit card statements for a visa to stay in the country. The funds shall be equal to a living wage for each month of permanence and tax return documents of last 3 years and Salary slips of last three months. 

An invitation letter from the Ecuadorian company which is inviting from Ecuador along with certificate SRI, IESS and the Superintendence of Companies.  

Documents of the Company which is sponsoring the business travel as Certificate of Incorporation, Certificate of Establishment, Article of Association and Memorandum of Association and letter of chamber of commerce with which the company is associated.

Police clearance certificate.  (From Local police station/ Passport office)

Hotel and air ticket reservation to Ecuador.

Documents require in original duly apostle and translated into Spanish. (Note: The Documents will be specified only during the interview about which is required to be processed).

Do not present false documents. Fraud or misrepresentation can result in permanent visa ineligibility.
