Accommodations at Tonglen Lake Lodge feature both private cabins, as well as rooms in the Guest House.
Private Cabins feature modern conveniences and amenities: a king size bed, a queen futon, down comforters and Egyptian cotton sheets, in-floor bathroom heating, and a cast iron hearth. These are tucked away in the taiga spruce forest to maximize privacy and quiet.
Each cabin is privately nestled in the woods and has a king-sized bed, cast iron hearth, oversized shower, and heated tile floor in the bathroom. The futon can be converted into a queen-sized bed.
These cozy, Alaskan bush-style log cabins are the perfect combination of rustic luxury and solitude. There is everything you need for a perfect wilderness experience without sacrificing quality and comfort. Down comforters, modern bathrooms, and a chocolate on your pillow – what more do you need?
Our cabins feature handcrafted log furniture created by our Denali neighbor, Ken Wilbert. The furniture has been beautifully designed specifically for Tonglen Lake Lodge. The artistic décor highlights the work of area artists.
